Two years ago today I became a better person, a stronger woman, a kinder soul, and a believer of miracles. Two years ago my mind became more focused, my path more clear, my life more precious. Two years ago today I started appreciating myself more and respecting my abilities. Two years ago today I fell more deeply in love with my husband and more thankful for him, eternally grateful. Because two years ago today we became the recipient of the our life’s most precious gift, a baby.
We named her Jacquelyn.
We call her Jax.
Today she is two years old.
Never in my wildest dreams…in my most intimate wishes, did I ever think our child would be what she is. To say she is amazing is an understatement; to describe her as awesome wouldn’t do her justice. She is a force.
A gorgeous and silly and splendid force of nature and we’re lucky enough to be the ones to guide her to greatness.
She is Jax…and that is all there is to it. And today is her birthday.
Two years gone by way too fast but we have loved every precious moment with this girl and can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings for us as her parents. She rocks our world.
Happy birthday my glorious girl wonder. Your daddy and I love you so stinkin’ much. You bring joy and radiance to the world and we’re so very blessed to be your mommy and daddy.
