Dr. Fischer Dead Sea Minerals Mother’s Day Gift Set Review & Giveaway!

A few months ago I had the extreme pleasure of trying out a line of baby bath products from Dr. Fischer Pharmaceuticals. They left my little girl’s skin nourished and smooth and we loved them!

Needless to say, I was thrilled when I was asked to participate in the Dr. Fischer Dead Sea Minerals Gift Set Mother’s Day Review and Giveaway.

In case you don’t recall from my first review, Dr. Fischer Pharmaceuticals is renowned world wide for offering superior quality skin care products containing an effective and unique herbal, vitamin, and mineral complex, but is relatively new to the U.S. market.

The beautifully packaged gift set includes Mineral Body Butter, Creamy Shower Mousse, Body Scrub and Hand Cream. My favorite is Dr. Fischer’s Dead Sea Mineral Hand Cream. Living in an arid climate, coupled with my constant hand washing leaves my hands super dry. Add my frequent use of hand sanitizer and my hands are rough and even cracking. The hands of a desert-dwelling germ-a-phobe. Not pretty. This silky hand cream was a Godsend with instant results. In a single use my hands were quenched with lasting moisture. After a few days of use they looked and felt silky smooth, the cracking completely gone along with wrinkles and lines. I’m hooked!

The Body Butter is thick, creamy and luxurious. I slathered it on after every shower and relished in the decadence of it. Unlike many body butters, it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling oily.

Luxurious and emollient, this body butter will leave you feeling supple and soft without any oily residue.

My little munchkin insisted on helping me apply the body butter…and may have gotten a little carried away.

I also loved the Shower Mousse. It’s foamy and a little went a long way in the shower. I replaced my regular body wash with it and felt just as clean and a tad more moisturized. I’ve never used a shower mousse so I enjoyed the novelty of it and my little girl loved it as well. She would barge in and demand that I pile up a dollop of the mousse in her hand so she could lather up with me. And I could indulge her without worry because it’s gentle and nourishing for her precious and delicate skin.

A nice lather to cleanse and moisturize.

The Shower Scrub is a great full body exfoliator. It’s full of granules and emollient oils to slough away dead skin cells and leave behind moisturized, healthy skin. The granules are a little rough so it’s only recommended to use this product once or twice a week, however, you will see and feel a difference right away.
