In Dining Out, Travel/Arizona

Iconic Valley restaurant Bobby Q’s is now serving up their famed barbecue in their newly opened Biltmore location located at 32nd St. and Camelback.

Diners of the new locale will find all the same saucy, down-home grub in slightly more up-scale digs with a gorgeous patio and a swanky, yet comfortable interior.

Resident mixologist has upped the cocktail game at Bobby Q’s offering premier spirits and tasty cocktails.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the Bobby Q’s menu. Executive Chef Mark Hittle really knows his ‘que but you have to start off with the Q-Rolls, shredded smoked briskets stuffed into flour tortillas served with chipotle ranch and BBQ sauce. And don’t miss the Smokehouse Burger, it’s massive and beefy and basically the best burger you will ever eat.

But if you’re at Bobby Q’s you gotta have the brisket – it’s some of the best I have ever eaten. Smoky, tender and melts in your mouth. I recommend trying it on a Two Meat plate so you can sample some of the other meats like the spicy sausage, pulled pork, chicken and ribs. And do yourself a favor and order the mac and cheese as your side.

The latest Bobby Q’s location is the third in the Valley, there is also one in Mesa at I-60 and Stapley and the original location at I-17 between Dunlap and Northern.

The Biltmore location is at 3154 E. Camelback Rd. Phoenix, 85016
