Five-Course Harry Potter-Inspired Pairing Dinner

$96Match Restaurant & Lounge invites all witches, wizards and even muggles to a magical evening inspired by Harry Potter himself. On Saturday, November 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., guests can savor their way through a five-course pairing adventure concocted by Chef Orlando Parker with spirited sips created by Match’s spirits specialist designed to complement with each bite. Menu includes:
Course One: Polyjuice Potion featuring creamy spinach and goat cheese bisque topped with pistachio and radish. Paired with a Dark Magic cocktail
Course Two: Weasley Family Salad with chicory and endive, fried shallots, grilled pears, and watermelon radish with a walnut, goat cheese and ricotta spread. Served with a Pumpkin Juice cocktail
Course Three: Chocolate Frog Legs — crispy frogs legs with chocolate glaze and tangerine dipping sauce. Complemented by a Love Potion “Amortencia” cocktail
Course Four: Hagrid’s Feast featuring a turkey leg with corn on the cob and roasted sliced potatoes. Served with a Unicorn Blood cocktail
Course Five: Butterbeer Cake with treacle toffee and brandy anglaise topped with pumpkin marshmallow crème. Paired with a Butterbeer cocktail
