“How the Grinch Stole Christmas” Five-Course Pairing Dinner at Match Restaurant & Lounge

For those that are ready to have their hearts (or perhaps their bellies?) grow three sizes this holiday season, Match Restaurant & Lounge’s Executive Chef Orlando Parker has created an exclusive How the Grinch Stole Christmas-themed five course pairing dinner with colorful and delicious dishes and cocktails to correlate with the classic holiday flick. On Saturday, December 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., guests can take a culinary trip to Whoville with five creative courses and specialty cocktails to complement each one including:

Course 1: Whoville Treat — Cherry and Plum Bruschetta paired with The Green One cocktail

Course 2: Grinch Greens — Creamy Spinach Soup with croutons served with The Stolen Christmas Tree cocktail

Course 3: Cindy Lu Salad – Orange and Pomegranate Salad with buttermilk dressing complemented by Martha May’s Little Helper Cocktail

Course 4: Roast Beast – Rosemary Roast Beef and potatoes and carrots with horseradish crema served with the Lou Who Family Recipe Cocktail

Course 5:  Who-Pudding – Plum Pudding with crème anglaise topped with fresh raspberries paired with The Mean One Cocktail
