Learn & Lunch with Chef Marcellino at the Chef’s Island

This spring and summer, Chef Marcellino will offer the following cooking classes where participants will learn a few of Chef’s secrets to making his handcrafted cuisine. RSVP required 480.990.9500

Pollo Involtino – breast of chicken rolled with gorgonzola, asparagus spear and sautéed in brown butter sauce.  $40 pp++

Following the class, participants will enjoy a delectable lunch of Pollo Involtino, fresh green salad, and a surprise sweet treat.
