I have always been a bit of a snob when it comes to body care items. If I am happy with results I am willing to spend a fortune on anything I slather on my body and face.

Of course, now that I am a mama the same goes for my child. I spare no expense when it comes to her body, skin and hair care. After research and many discussions with seasoned mamas, I found a brand of baby skin care that I really liked for my precious daughter, Jacquelyn.

That said, I must admit, with my high standards and Jacquelyn’s history of eczema, I was a little apprehensive to volunteer to review Dr. Fischer’s baby products through Wendy’s Bloggers.

Oh, how happy I am that I decided to take a chance. I had no reason to fret. These products are amazing and affordable too.

Dr. Fischer Pharmaceuticals, a brand from Israel, is renowned worldwide for the development and manufacture of quality products relating to dermatology, ophthalmology and nutraceuticals. People around the globe know about these superior products and now we, in the USA, will know too.

I tested several products for this review and I was pleased with them all. First and foremost, none of them caused a flare-up with Jacquelyn’s eczema, a huge plus since I worked so hard to cure it.

Wiping the sleep away from Jacquelyn’s eyes. Dr. Fischer Eye-Care Wipes for Baby are pure and gentle.

The Dr. Fischer Eye-Care Wipes for Baby are wonderful individually-wrapped moist towelettes specially formulated to cleanse the eyes and lashes of babies and children. I used them every morning to wipe away my daughter’s eye crusties that accumulated overnight. This is usually a much dreaded task greeted with wails of protest but the Dr. Fischer wipes put an end to that. They are soft and gentle and totally pure and made eye crust clean-up a breeze.

Likewise for the Dr. Fischer Eye-Care Wipes for Adults. I used these twice a day; once in the morning to wipe away my own sleepies and at night to cleanse my sensitive eye area of make-up, dirt and grime.

Jacquelyn loves bath time – and by the looks of it she loves Dr. Fischer Kamil Blue Soapless Soap for Baby even more!

Dr. Fischer Kamil Blue Soapless Soap for Baby is wonderfully mild with a wonderfully light soapy scent. It’s formulated to protect baby’s sensitive skin and to gently cleanse and prevent dryness. The “soap” lathered up nicely and Jacquelyn left the bath smelling as a baby should – fresh and clean! One thing, the cap was easy for my 17-month-old toddler to open. She has amazing dexterity and can open medicine bottles so the cap on this was a no-brainer for her. I learned this when I turned my back to add more hot water to her bath and suddenly noticed an influx of bubbles – that mischievous munchkin had dumped a quarter of the bottle!

Dr. Fischer Sensitive Baby Wipes are my my favorite of the lot. I LOVE these wipes. They are extra thick and super soft for maximum baby care and comfort. Even better, I was able to get the “job” done with just a couple wipes during diaper changes. They are lightly fragrant and I found the smell to be heavenly. I think Jacquelyn did too because she toted the package around and I even caught her snuggling with them a few times. The wipes are alcohol and color-free, hypoallergenic, and tested and approved for sensitive skin. Score! Ingredients include moisturizing pro-vitamin B5 with soothing chamomile and allantoin as well as vitamins A & E for antioxidant protection against free radicals.

Just a couple pumps of Dr. Fischer EMOL Baby Bath Oil for satiny-soft skin! I’ve been using it too!

Dr. Fischer EMOL Baby Bath Oil left Jacquelyn’s skin so luxuriously smooth that I had to try it on myself in the shower. I was left with soft moisturized skin after one use. I have yet to return it to her bath caddy. For her bath I used only two pumps and the results were amazing, perfect baby-soft skin for us both! The bath oil is 100% soap-free, SLS and preservative free.

I was also sent a limited-edition Dr. Fischer Mommy Bag. This bag is roomy, sturdy and awesome. I have been using it weekly to tote our belongings for Jacquleyn’s swim lessons. It holds two towels and a change of clothes for each of us. It has several pockets which come in handy for water bottles and sippy cups. It’s quickly become one of my favorite bags.
