“Mama, can I wear my ‘Punzel’ hair?” “Mama, can I wear my “Punzel” dress?”
Those two questions have been on repeat for the past week and I’m pretty positive I’ll hear them through the end of the month. Honestly, as mind-numbing as being asked the same thing a dozen times in half an hour can be — can I really blame her?
Look at how adorable she is in her “Punzel” best. If I looked that friggin’ awesome in an ensemble I’d want to wear it all the time too.
Miss Jax is obsessed with the movie Tangled and it’s safe to say Rapunzel is her absolute favorite Disney Princess. So when it came to deciding on her Halloween costume this year it really was a no brainer.
But I really didn’t want the run-of-the-mill, packaged costume from the pop-up Halloween stores found on every corner this time of year. Jax’s costumes have to be cute and unique, yet identifiable as the character she’s dressed as.
I found exactly that with Sincerely Ryleigh Couture. The talent of Ashley B. from SRC is limitless. All her pieces are made from her custom designs, hand-sewn and too perfect for words. Her love and passion for her craft are apparent in every stitch and detail. I peruse her offerings on Instagram and get all giddy looking at her creativity come to life in these adorably precious outfits and costumes. She has a set for pretty much every Princess, plus Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Daisy Duck, Wonder Woman and more. She even does custom orders, allowing your imagination to run free to turn your little girl into anything or anyone she wants to be. LOVE!
Sincerely Ryleigh Couture also created the precious mermaid swim suit Jax wore for her third birthday party. Everyone raved at how awesome it was and I knew I’d be ordering from them again soon.
It’s likely a little late in the game to order in time for Halloween at this point, but the shop offers so many cute ensembles that would be perfect for Christmas, Valentines, Easter, and birthdays. She also makes dresses and play suits ideal for every day wear and every occasion.
I’m already talking up Aurora to Jax for next year because SRC’s interpretation of Sleeping Beauty’s dress is killing me with cuteness. Oh, and Jasmine too – totally dying.
