If you have leftover mashed potatoes you can use those in the recipe, just use a cup or two and blend in the broth until you have the right consistency. Perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers.

I found your recipe on Pinterest and made it tonight. If was a huge hit with everyone, including my picky 4 year old, my light eating 6 year old, and my big eating husband! I loved it and put it on my “carbing up” recipe list for before races. Delicious! Thank you!
