In The Kitchen with Hera – A Cooking Class at Casa Mia

Want to impress your friends and family with a homemade Italian meal? Join Hera Ambrosio, co-owner of Scottsdale-based restaurant Casa Mia on Saturday, May 6, at 11 a.m. for In The Kitchen with Hera. The cooking demo takes place at Casa Mia. During the class, Ambrosio will show you the tips and tricks to create a restaurant-quality dinner in your own home. Courses include Zucchine Parmigiana, Pasta with True Genovese fresh basil pesto, Beef Meatballs and Vanilla Pannacotta. All classes include wine (just to make all of us a little happier).

Classes are $65 per person and reservations are taken at the restaurant or by emailing herainthekitchen@gmail.com. This intimate class will only be for 14 people so reserve your spot today!
