On Saturday, March 28 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Match Restaurant and Lounge invites guests to take a trip back in time to the early 1920s through the pages of The Great Gatsby. Inspired by the Roaring 20s era and character Jay Gatsby’s legendary parties as described in the novel, Chef Orlando Parker reveals five “chapters” of culinary greatness served with complementary cocktail pairings as well as an amuse-bouche and champagne toast all inspired by the book. Dinner includes:
Intro: Amuse-bouche paired with a champagne toast of Veuve Clicquot Champagne Yellow Label
Chapter One: West Egg — Deviled Eggs with caviar and black truffle salt paired with a Daisy Fay Cocktail
Chapter Two: Oysters Rockefeller paired with a Gatsby Gin Rickey Cocktail
Chapter Three: New England-Style Clam Chowder topped with sherry paired with a Mint Julep Cocktail
Chapter Four: Ribeye Steak with peppercorn chats and grilled parmesan broccoli paired with a Rye-hatten Cocktail
