Frozen bananas and chocolate are a match made in snack heaven. I was inspired to make these after making the Chocolate Cherry Oat Bars. I had leftover melted chocolate from the drizzle and a couple bananas staring at me so I put them to work. I simply sliced the banana into chunks and bathed them in the melted chocolate. I had some unsweetened shredded coconut on hand and some sliced almonds and used those as toppings. A couple hours in the fridge and you have a tasty ridiculously easy snack.
