Time is running out on Macaroni Grill’s Limitless Pasta Bowls! Macaroni Grill is known for the popular create your own pasta bowl and that concept just got a whole lot better allowing guests to experiment and create their ideal pasta dish, eat it and then try it again!
The Limitless Pasta Bowl selection still comes with a crisp caesar salad, and Macaroni Grill’s famous rosemary focaccia bread, warm out of the oven, so this is a screaming deal at just $17.99.
Guests can choose from one of six different pasta cuts, including a gluten-free option, one of eight different savory sauces, one of seven protein/cheese options, and up to three fresh, flavorful veggies.
On a recent visit to try out the Limitless Pasta Bowls, I stuffed myself silly with two different combos, and our kind server boxed up the leftovers from each one so I had wonderful leftovers!
My first creation was rigatoni with pesto, roasted chicken, fresh mozz, mushrooms, roasted garlic and sun dried tomatoes. It was a great marriage of flavors with perfectly al dente pasta!
My second creation was penne (I prefer short cut pasta over long noodles), with garlic and olive oil, ricotta meatballs, mushrooms and broccolini. This was my favorite of the two. The meatballs were tender and savory and the dollop of ricotta mixed nicely with the olive oil and garlic making a creamy sauce.
The Limitless Pasta Bowl promotion is available only in Arizona’s six Macaroni Grill locations. Hurry in because it ends May 8, 2017!
And while you’re in I highly suggest you try the Baked Prosciutto & Mozzarella. You’ll find it on the Choose 2 Antipasti section of the Appetizer menu. It’s delicious. Small balls of fresh mozz wrapped in the salty meat baked until melty and served in a skillet with marinara sauce and grilled bread. This is an appetizer I would return for again and again.
