Match Restaurant & Lounge Five-Course Scotch Pairing Dinner

On Saturday, September 21 at 6:00 p.m.,  guests are invited to enjoy a special five-course scotch-pairing dinner at Match Restaurant and Lounge featuring scotch from Glenmorangie. Each pour will be paired with a thoughtfully crafted dish designed by Match Chef Orlando Parker to fully enhance the flavors of the featured scotch whiskies, and a scotch specialist will be on-hand to educate diners about the sips being enjoyed. Menu and pairings are as follows:

First Course — Mediterranean Wild Field Greens and Baby Spinach Salad with Apricot Vinaigrette paired with Glenmorangie 10-Year Original Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Second Course — Smokey Butternut Squash Bisque complemented by Glenmorangie 12-Year Lasanta Sherry Cask Finish Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Third Course — Toasted Brie and Honey Apple Crostini served with Glenmorangie 12-Year Quinta Ruban Port Cask Finish Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Fourth Course — Venison with Walnut Puree and Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Watercress paired with Glenmorangie 12-Year Nectar d’Or Sauternes Cask Finish Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Fifth Course — Signature Salted Dark Chocolate and Orange Bars served with Glenmorangie Signet Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
