I recently had the EXTREME pleasure of being interviewed by the crazy talented, one and only, Joanie Simon. We chatted about Easter and I shared my soda bar idea for a refreshing treat to include in your celebration.

It was a huge honor to be selected by Joanie to so her podcast. She is a celebrity on the local AZ foodie scene, so the fact that she liked one of my ideas enough to chat about it to the masses makes me feel fancy and pretty darn special! I wouldn’t be surprised if we see the lovely Miss Simon sharing her exuberance for food on a Food Network level sometime soon- she’s that awesome.
