In Dining Out, Travel/Arizona

October through April are magical months in the Valley. The weather is gorgeous and food festivals abound. For the past few years Dish It Out, benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Phoenix, has been tops on my list to attend. The vibe is always kicking, the food, wine and cocktails are plentiful and High Street provides the absolute perfect backdrop for it all.

This year did not disappoint. Take a look at the highlights.

I sampled dozens upon dozens of delectable bites at Dish it Out, offerings running the gamut from pulled pork sliders to seared ahi, but my absolute favorite taste of the night was this grilled sandwich from new restaurant, Famous 48. I may or may not have went back for seconds and thirds! So good.

And there was plenty to wash it all down with. Libations for all – white wine, red wine, rum, tequila, vodka, bourbon and cocktails aplenty!

It was a fabulous event! Live music blared allowing guests to dance off the gluttony and a friend culinary competition kept the evening interesting.

Gastronomical merriment for a  great cause – what could be better? I am already counting the days for Dish it Out 2018!

Disclaimer: I received complimentary passes to attend Dish It Out. As always all opinions are entirely my own.
