Have you seen the October issue of Green Living AZ Magazine? It features three of my healthy Halloween recipes, including this super yummy Pumpkin “Nice Cream” dessert.
You can find the recipe for this “nice cream” made with frozen bananas and organic pumpkin puree; plus my “Bug Dip,” a super easy green tinted Ranch Dip that pairs perfectly with my “Creepy Crudite.” What’s great about all these recipes is the ease, yum and healthy factors. The dip’s hue comes from spinach instead of food coloring, so it packs extra vitamins and nutrients and still tastes great! How’s that for getting your kids to eat more veggies?
